  • The Gardens are largely flat, with tarmac paths in most places.
  • The Gardens are under a flight path and there are often vehicles and machinery at work in the Gardens and this could cause significant noise.
  • Mobility scooters are available to hire and must be booked in advance. Please contact our customer service team.
  • There are a limited number of wheelchairs available to borrow at entry gates.
  • All recognised guide, assistance or service dogs – including assistance dogs in training – are welcome in the Gardens. We ask that they are recognisable, with a lead or harness that identifies them as working.
  • Free entry tickets are available for essential carers accompanying customers with disabilities,registered blind and partially-sighted customers.
  • There are unisex accessible toilets within easy reach of all the main attractions, cafés and gates.
