Peppa Pig World Tour from London Tickets

Children information

• Children under 3 years old are free of charge when sitting on a parent’s lap for the coach journey. 
• If your child is 3 years and over, but under 1 metre in height (with shoes on), the child ticket price will be refunded on the day prior to travel. Please, contact our team once you receive the supplier’s email refund confirmation.
• All children younger than 17 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Family tickets are applicable where all four guests in the party are 1 metre (3ft 3in) and over.

• Peppa’s Big Balloon Ride
  • Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children or 4 adults per balloon.
• George’s Dinosaur Adventure
  • Children under 1.1m must ride in the front seat accompanied by a responsible adult, and children over 1.1M must ride alone in the rear seat.
  • Lone adults cannot ride, adults must be accompanying a child.
• Grandpa Pig’s Little Train
  • Children under 4 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children per carriage.
• Daddy Pig’s Car Ride
  • Children under 4 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A maximum of 4 people per car.
• The Queen’s Flying Coach Ride
  • Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children per carriage.
• Windy Castle Ride
  • Children under 8 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Maximum of 4 adults or 2 children and 2 adults per gondola at a time.
• Miss Rabbit’s Helicopter Flight
  • Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A maximum of 4 people can get into a helicopter, these can all be adults.
  • Everyone must use their own seat and sit unaided.
• Grandpa Pig’s Boat Trip
  • Children under 4 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • A maximum of 4 people, or 2 adults and 2 children per boat can ride.

Accessibility information

• Wheelchairs are accepted on board provided it is less than 10 kg and a member of the party is able to lift it onto the coach. Please note that there are around 7 steps up to the door of the coach.
• Unfortunately, this tour is unable to accept mobility scooters.
• Please, inform us in advance if you intend to bring a wheelchair.
• Please, contact our team should you require further accessibility information regarding this product.

At the attraction:

• Free entry to visitors with disabilities.
• Minimum of one paying carer and maximum of three paying carers. 
• Visitors must have upper body control in all rides except George’s Dinosaur Adventure where lower body control and being able to hold onto the hand holds with both hands is also required.
• George’s Dinosaur Adventure and Daddy Pig’s Car Ride contain flash photography.
• Wheelchairs can be taken into the ride area on all rides either through the queue line or the ride exit, except at the George’s Dinosaur Adventure, where you should contact the operator at the ride exit and await instructions. 
• Note: there is no wheelchair access through the queue line at Miss Rabbit’s Helicopter Flight.

Peppa Pig World ticket restrictions

• We do advise that the rides in Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park are unsuitable for a child under 12 months old.

Additional information

• Travel time between central London and Paulton’s Park is approx. 2 hours. You will have around 4.5 hours at Paulton’s Park.
• Please note that certain rides and attractions at the park may close due to inclement weather or maintenance.
• Free parking area available.
