Prepare for the experience

  • Redeemed Uber Boat by Thames Clippers tickets are valid for the entire day and allow customers to hop-on, hop-off as much as they like throughout the day, travelling between any of the 24 piers
  • Tickets are only valid to be used on the date selected at the moment of booking

Accessibility information

Uber Boat by Thames Clippers River Roamer:

  • All boats are wheelchair, mobility scooter and pram accessible and ramps are used when boarding
  • All piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible with the exception of Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers
  • All of the boats have audible next stop announcements on board, letting passengers know which stop is coming up. If you have difficulty hearing, please ask one of the crew to indicate your stop to you once on board
  • Guide or Assistance dog are permitted on board without charge

London Cable Car:

  • The London Cable Car has step-free access, and is accessible to most wheelchairs including motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters. The maximum weight is 300kg and the maximum size is 700mm by 1300mm. You my be asked to confirm dimensions of your scooter and a check maybe conducted using a floor marking to make sure you can board safely
  • Customers get on and off through the same doors and there may not be enough space for you to turn round. This means you may have to reverse your wheelchair or scooter to get in or out of the cabin
  • The cable cars can be slowed down to allow you plenty of time to board
  • Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters must be turned off inside the cars

Uber Boat Thames cruise ticket restrictions

  • Child tickets can only be purchased together with at least one Adult ticket. Please be aware that orders booked for Child tickets only will not be fulfilled
  • Tickets are valid for the day selected when booking
  • Please note that tickets are valid to travel from start of the service on the date you select
  • River Roamer tickets are not valid for use on River Bus Express for The O2

Uber Boat by Thames Clipppers River Roamer:

Please note: In order to travel, you must show your valid Uber Boat by Thames Clippers Ticket. You can redeem your ticket by showing your e-voucher to staff at any of the piers listed under ‘Ticket Information’ on your selected date of travel.

London Cable Car:

Regular operating hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 9:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:00 am - 11:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
  • Sunday and bank holidays: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Duration: One-way journeys take up to 10 minutes but vary according to passenger flow and weather conditions. The cars arrive every 30 seconds and carry up to ten people.
