Please be aware that Ultimate London Adventure experience may be suspended for safety reasons if adverse weather conditions arise.
Vessels must hold a minimum of 8 passengers, vessels that are not filled with the minimum passengers will be contacted the day before to choose an alternative time or date for their Ultimate London Adventure experience.

Accessibility information

Guests in wheelchairs must be able to transfer themselves to the vessels seating and be able to sit unaided whilst on-board, there are a few steps with hand rails to the vessels seating area.

Ticket restrictions

The experience is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Children 10-14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the experience.
Be advised the river is an ever changing environment and the vessel may be subject to unpredictable movements, due to the nature of the experience it is not suitable for anyone with pre-existing neck/back issues.
The experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
