Infants up to 2 years old must hold a ticket although they can board the bus free of charge.

- The Harry Potter Studio Tour at Warner Bros. Studios is mostly wheelchair accessible. However, some areas may be more challenging to access or navigate through.
- For health and safety reasons, mobility scooters wider than 86cm are not allowed in the attraction.
- Fully trained assistance dogs are welcomed into the Studio Tour.
- Personal induction loops can be provided and are available on arrival in our lobby.
- A portable iPad which contains a subtitled version of the cinema film can be provided for those who are hard of hearing.
- Induction loops are fitted throughout the tour and are compatible with most hearing aids provided with the “T-coil” (T switch) function.
