The tour provider’s email is your e-ticket including a QR code and your studio entry voucher attached. You can download them to your mobile phone or print them out to show to the tour staff at your chosen departure point.

Children information

Infants up to 3 years old must hold a ticket although they can board the bus free of charge.
A transportation-only fee applies for children aged 3 and 4 as they require a booked seat on the bus.
Entry to Warner Bros.Studios is free for children up to 4 years old.

- The Harry Potter Studio Tour at Warner Bros. Studios is mostly wheelchair accessible. However, some areas may be more challenging to access or navigate through.
- For health and safety reasons, mobility scooters wider than 86cm are not allowed in the attraction.
- Fully trained assistance dogs are welcomed into the Studio Tour.
- Personal induction loops can be provided and are available on arrival in our lobby.
