Will I receive a ticket in the post or by email?
Gatwick Express tickets are sent by email.
Can I cancel my order? My plans have changed.
If you have bought a single ticket, it must be used on the same date as indicated on the e-ticket. If you have bought a return ticket, the outward journey is valid for 28 days from the date on the e-ticket. So you can use it at a later date or pass it on to somebody else who is travelling to the UK within the valid time period. Airport transfer tickets are non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions.
Do I need to redeem an e-ticket in exchange for a ticket?
There is no need to redeem or exchange an e-ticket at a ticket desk. You will be emailed your actual ticket rather than a voucher to be exchanged, so you just need to print the e-ticket and show it to the staff at the train station, or on board the train if requested to do so.
What happens if my train is delayed or cancelled?
Replacement services (such as a bus or a train via an alternative route) will be provided in the case of service disruption, delays and cancellations.
