Heathrow Express tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. You can either choose to print your ticket or download and show on your handheld mobile device.
Can I cancel my order? My plans have changed.
Single: All single tickets are only valid on the date of travel specified on the ticket when purchased
Return: Your outbound journey must be must be made within 5 days of the date of travel specified on the ticket when purchased. The return journey must be made within 30 days of the date of travel specified on the ticket when purchased.
Do I need to redeem my e-ticket?
There is no need to redeem or exchange the e-ticket at a ticket desk. Just print off the e-ticket and the attachment and show it to the staff at the train station, or on board the train if requested to do so.
What happens if my Heathrow Express train is delayed or cancelled?
Replacement services (such as a bus or a train via an alternative route) will be provided in the case of service disruption, delays and cancellations.

For Heathrow Airport terminals 1, 2 and 3, follow the signs inside the terminal buildings for Heathrow Central train station.
For Heathrow Terminal 4, follow the signs inside the terminal building for the free shuttle bus service to Heathrow Central train station, where you can get on the Heathrow Express train. The shuttle service from Terminal 4 departs every 15 minutes and is a 4-minute journey.
For Heathrow terminal 5, follow the signs inside the building for Heathrow Terminal 5 train station.
At London Paddington, the Heathrow Express usually departs from platforms 6 and 7, but check the electronic boards inside the station for the latest information.
What are the first and last trains on the Heathrow Express schedule?
Departing from London Paddington, the first train is at 5.10am Monday to Saturday and 6.25am on Sundays. The last train is at 11.25pm.
Departing from Heathrow Terminal 5, the first train is at 5.07am Monday to Saturday and 6.18am on Sundays. The last train is at 11.42pm.
Departing from Heathrow Central, the first train is at 5.12am Monday to Saturday and 5.08am on Sundays. The last train is at 11.48pm.
For Heathrow Terminal 4, the first shuttle to Heathrow Central train station is at 5.23am Monday to Saturday and 5.53am on Sundays.

Heathrow Express airport transfers can be booked up to six months in advance.
I have not received my ticket yet – what should I do?
Heathrow Express tickets are sent by e-ticket to the email address you provide when purchasing. It will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam or junk mail folder as your email filtering system may have miscategorised our email. Please contact us if you have not received your e-ticket after 3 working days.

A child must still be issued a ticket to travel. A child ticket cannot be purchased on its own online, but it can be purchased alongside an adult ticket. Children travelling alone must get a ticket from a Heathrow Express member of staff, in terminal, station or on-board.
