Most products that we sell are e-vouchers, so they are sent to you by email. You should receive your e-voucher within 48 hours of placing an order.
Some products, including Travelcards, Oyster cards and BritRail Passes, are sent to you by post. Orders placed before 10am UK time Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am UK time or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. No orders will be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.
Orders are shipped from the UK and delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose. We recommend with transport tickets that you select a trackable service.

- UK - 1 to 3 working days
- Europe - 2 to 4 working days (based on deliveries to major cities)
- Rest of the world - 3 to 6 working days (based on deliveries to major cities)

If you’ve not received your order within 14 days for items delivered to the UK or 28 days for worldwide deliveries, please email us, quoting your order number.
