How do I track my Standard Delivery order?

If your country is listed below, you can track your standard delivery order. You will need your order tracking code, which will appear in your account area within 1 business day of when you placed your order.

*If your country is not listed below, it is not currently possible to track your standard order. If you placed an express order please see below for tracking instructions.

*You will need to wait until your order reaches your delivery country to track it. This will take at least 1 business day but may be longer. 

How to track your standard delivery order:

  • Login to your account (if you don’t have an account, you will need to register) 
  • You will see a list of any orders you have placed
  • Click on the order date of the order you want to track
  • The tracking code will appear on the order details page
  • Visit the local postal operator website listed below
  • Input your tracking number to track your order

How to track your express delivery order:

  • Login to your account (if you don’t have an account, you will need to register) 
  • You will see a list of any orders you have placed
  • Click on the order date of the order you want to track
  • The tracking code will appear on the order details page
  • To track orders being delivered to the UK click here  (DPD) 
  • For all other countries click here (DHL)
  • Input your tracking number to track your order

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

E-vouchers

Most products that we sell are e-vouchers, so they are sent to you by email with no delivery cost. You should receive your e-voucher within 24 hours of placing an order. 

Tickets sent by post

Travelcards, Oyster cards, BritRail Passes and a few other products we sell are sent to you by post. 

Orders placed before 10am UK time Monday-Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am UK time or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. No orders will be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays. 

You can check the status of your order by logging onto the My Account area of the website.

Orders are shipped from the UK and delivery times depend on the delivery method you choose. We recommend with transport tickets that you select a trackable service.

If you haven't received your order after 14 days for items delivered to the UK or 28 days for worldwide deliveries, please email us, quoting your order number.



I have not received my order, what should I do?

Electronic vouchers
The majority of our tickets are electronic. When making a booking, you will receive an order confirmation email from VisitBritain. The order confirmation will contain your downloadable e-vouchers as attachments. Print these off and take them with you on your trip to Britain. Full instructions on how to redeem will be on the voucher.

Your email will have been sent to the email address that you used to register on our site. If you haven’t received your order confirmation, please check your spam filter to ensure the mail hasn’t been quarantined. If for some reason you have not received your email, please contact us quoting your name and order number. 

Other products
If you have ordered a product that is mailed out to you (such as BritRail passes, a Visitor Oyster card or a London Travelcard) and the estimated delivery date has now passed, please contact us quoting your name and order number.

Airport transfers (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stansted Express e-tickets)
When placing your order with VisitBritain you will receive an order confirmation email. Your airport transfer e-ticket will be sent in a separate email. This will take a maximum of 24 hours from making the booking. Your e-ticket will be sent to the email address that you used to register on our site. Please check your inbox and your junk/spam folder. If you cannot find your e-ticket, please contact us quoting your name and order number.





Can I have my items sent to my hotel or an address in the UK?

Yes, but please be sure that when you place your order on our website, you fill in the correct billing address and then select the separate shipping address that you would like to have your paper tickets sent to.

If you wish to have your items sent to your hotel, please be sure to inform a member of staff at reception that you are expecting a delivery.
