How to use your eVoucher
Important: Upon booking your London Kew Gardens tickets, you will receive a confirmation of payment, and then be emailed a PDF e-voucher. You must print your PDF e-voucher and bring it with you to present to the ticket counter at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where it should be displayed for admission.

Tickets for Kew Gardens will not be valid to use on closure dates.
Children's Garden

Upon arriving at the Children's Garden, you will be allocated a 90-minute session. These sessions are allocated on a first-come first-served basis and are not pre-bookable. It is recommended to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
