The ArcelorMittal Orbit + Cream Tea

Venture 114 metres up into the clouds  and discover London’s famous skyline from the top of the ArcelorMittal Orbit. 

The sculpture’s unique east London location in the 2012 Olympic Park means you’ll get spectacular views of the park, plus the east and centre of the city – it’s quite unlike any other viewing point. Not to mention the unique descent: the world’s largest tunnel slide!

Cream Tea Experience

Indulge yourself with a traditionally British cream tea at the attraction’s café. A pot of tea, a scone with cream and jam and a slice of cake will make your experience even sweeter!

The views

Famously designed for the London 2012 Olympic Games by two of the world’s most renowned modern artists, Sir Anish Kapoor and Cecil Balmond, the ArcelorMittal Orbit perfectly combines awe-inspiring city views with fun and contemporary art. 

As well as the magnificent views of London, at the Orbit you can get up close and personal with the landmarks using innovative and interactive touchscreens – simply zoom into the views to learn more about the city. 

Upon booking you will receive an immediate confirmation of payment from VisitBritain. You will then receive a separate email from ArcelorMittal Orbit within 1 to 2 business days confirming your booking. 

Additional information about your Cream Tea booking:

• Cream tea will be served at The Last Drop, the café and restaurant located at the base of the ArcelorMittal Orbit.
• Guests must redeem their voucher at the ArcelorMittal Orbit welcome building prior visiting The Last Drop.

• Monday – Friday: 11am – 4pm (last entry 3.30pm) 
• Sat – Sun & School Holidays: 10am – 6pm (last entry 5.30pm)

Facilities

• A limited number of lockers are available for visitors.
• Food and drink is available to purchase on site.

By train 

• Nearest station: Stratford (Central and Jubilee Lines), Pudding Mill Lane (DLR), Stratford or Hackney Wick (London Overground )

By bus 

• The D8 and 339 buses (from Stratford City) stop within walking distance from the Orbit.

By car

• The Orbit does not have a visitor car park however there are two car parks nearby the attraction which visitors can use. Stratford multi – storey car park has 588 parking spaces and is located off Great Eastern Road (postcode E15 1BB) and Westfield Straford City car park with 5000 spaces.
