Using your eTicket:

Please ensure that the name on your eTicket matches the name on your ID. Failure to do so may result in you being refused entry to the attraction.

You must bring a printed copy of your eTicket, a printed copy of your order confirmation email, and a valid passport or other photo ID, when you visit the attraction. Your eTicket can only be used on the date you select when purchasing.

All guests should go directly to the turnstiles with their eTicket - there is no need to exchange the ticket at the admission desk.

Disabled guest: standard price applies and the carer goes free.

• Guests are required to wear a securely fitted face mask or covering during their visit.

• Temperature check prior to entry. Any person who is displaying a high temperature associated with fever will not be permitted into the attraction.
• Reduced capacity to allow social distancing measures.
• Enhanced cleaning will take place throughout the day.
• Introduced new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for the staff
• Introduced a large number of hand sanitisers stations around the attraction for the guests to use.
