Upon booking you will receive a confirmation of payment and a PDF E-Voucher from VisitBritain. You must print your PDF E-Voucher and bring it to your York City Cruise on your preferred date and time.
Operating times
You can join the cruise from either of the following departure points, with your printed E-Voucher, at the listed departure times:

King's Staith, York, YO1 9SN: Departures from 10:30am until at least 3pm.

Lendal Bridge, York, YO1 7DP: Departures from 10:40am until at least 3:10pm.

There are 4 guaranteed cruises from each of the city centre landings on the below dates:

King's Staith Landing: 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3pm.

Lendal Bridge Landing: 10:40am, 12:10pm, 1:40pm, 3:10pm.

Many more trips operate throughout the busier months of April - October, with trips usually departing every 30 - 45 minutes.
Please note, York City Cruises consist of a round trip and will return to the same departure point you boarded at.
During busy periods, additional sailings will operate at frequent intervals between these times and often later.
How to get there
York Train Station to King's Staith departure point:

Walk north-east on Station Road, turn right onto Station Rise, continue to follow, turn right onto Rougier Street.

Continue onto George Hudson Street, turn left onto Micklegate, continue to follow, turn right onto King's Staith.

Take the stairs, turn right at Cumberland Street and the departure point will be on your right.
York Train Station to Lendal Bridge:

Walk north-east on Station Road, turn left, take the stairs and the departure point will be on your left.
