Prepare for the experience
- Download the document included in your order confirmation to get your booking number starting with ‘6’.
- This booking number will grant you access to the e-tickets at the service provider’s portal.
- Please note that you will receive a LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre Birmingham ticket automatically but must book the second attraction using the service provider portal (see ‘How to book’ section).
Ticket restrictions
- Adult tickets can only be booked together with at least one Child ticket type
- Child (2-17) tickets can be booked alone.
- Child Under 3 free tickets can only be booked with an Adult ticket.
LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre only
- Entry is not permitted to any groups of adults (18 and over), single adult and adult couples, who are not accompanied by a young child or children during standard hours.
- Some rides have height restrictions in place.
Children information
- Children under 2 are free of charge but must be included in the booking and so require a ticket.
- A maximum of 3 free infant tickets per booking is allowed.
- Children under 2 years old cannot be booked alone.
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Baby changing facilities available.
- Push chairs are allowed.

LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre only
- The centre has been designed to be as accessible as possible including wheelchair access and accessible toilets are available.
- Guests with reduced mobility and/or special needs are entitled to bring a free of charge carer with them. Access will be granted only if showing a valid proof of carer upon arrival.
- For rides, guests must be able to transfer to vehicles with or without carer assistance. All rides require guests to be able to sit upright unaided.
LEGOLAND® Discovery Centre in Birmingham

- Last admission is at least 2 hours before closing.
SEA LIFE Birmingham
Opening dates and times vary throughout the year, however, the regular opening times are the following:
Monday – Sunday: 10am – 4pm (last entry 3:00pm)
- Visit Merlin Booking Portal and enter the order number appearing on the e-ticket downloaded from your confirmation (i.e. 600562007).
- You will then be shown all attractions included within your pass. You now need to click modify on ALL attractions to book your timeslot for each of them. This timeslot must be within 90 days from the day of purchase.
- When clicking modify on any of the attractions, you will be shown a calendar. Use this calendar along with the provided time slots to choose a time slot that best suits you. Red timeslots show a conflict with a timeslot you have already chosen for a different attraction.
- Once all the attractions have been booked click on view tickets to print or download your tickets. (Please note that the access to the portal is done using a no-reply@ email, therefore the use of an email itinerary will not work on this occasion).
