Amends and cancellations
Please be aware that the terms of sale vary depending on the purchased product. If you need to make changes to your order, we recommend checking the product page first, as it provides information about the changes we can accommodate.
Prior to completing payment, we urge you to thoroughly review your order, as for many of our products, we are unable to change booked dates or times. Additionally, there are certain products that cannot be cancelled and refunded.
If you find yourself unable to visit on the booked date and we are unable to change the booking date, contacting us within the stipulated cancellation period for your product allows us to explore the possibility of cancelling your order and issuing a refund, enabling you to book for an alternative date.
Refunds
Refunds are usually treated on a case by case basis. Please check if the order you have cancelled is eligible for a refund and do get in touch if you have any questions.
Once a refund is processed, it generally takes up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account. Refunds are paid back to the card payment that was originally taken from when your order was placed.
If you have been informed by us of a refund and are still unable to locate the payment after the specified timeframe, get in contact with us and we will be happy to share the ARN reference which your bank will be able to use to locate the payment.
Returns
If you need to return a physical product back to us, please do get in touch and we will advise of the correct process.
