- There is a level entrance to Frameless leading you into the main reception area
- You can access the four galleries on the basement level using either the lifts or the staircase
- Only assistance dogs are allowed in the venue
- For each eligible paying visitor, one complimentary carer’s ticket is available (ID required)

The regular operating times are the following:
Monday to Thursday: 11am – 6pm ; Friday: 11am – 10pm ; Saturday: 10am – 10pm ; Sunday: 10am – 6pm.
Please Note: During FRAMELESS Lates sessions on Friday & Saturday evenings, they are an 18+ only venue. We ask that all visitors under 18 years of age please arrive by 4pm.
